DAVID SAHADI
DAVID SAHADI is an award-winning Creative Director and television producer currently working for Impact Wrestling. He is best known for his work as a Creative Executive at WWE, where he conceived, wrote, produced and launched ambitious creative and marketing campaigns that helped launch WWE into a global entertainment phenomenon, and its flagship show - Monday Night Raw - become the top-rated weekly program in all of basic cable for nearly a decade. David also helped create and mold the iconic characters such as The Rock, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The Undertaker and so many more.
David began his career at NBC Sports, with the help of his father Lou. They both shared a passion for sports. In just four years David rose from production assistant to become the Manager of On-Air Promotions, the youngest person ever in the history of network television to reach that title. At NBC, he launched ambitious campaigns for the NFL, NBA, and the Barcelona Olympics in 1992.
A year later, David joined WWE (then known as WWF) and it marked the beginning of an extraordinary collaboration that would reshape the presentation of professional wrestling. Known for his innovative and creative flair, David revolutionized the way WWE promotional campaigns and events were televised. His unique vision brought a cinematic quality to the broadcasts, creating an immersive experience for the viewers. David’s work transcended the boundaries of sports entertainment, earning him global acclaim and admiration from both fans and colleagues alike.
David has directed over 900 live and taped prime-time cable television shows for Impact Wrestling. In addition, David also directed over 300 national commercials, three of which aired in the Super Bowl, and earned 27 PROMAX Gold Medallion Awards, which recognize creative excellence in promotional campaigns, and won a National Sports Emmy.
